Your 20s & 30s are often filled with exciting milestones, but can include painful change too. Whether you are undergoing a major life transition, coming out, or starting over, entering a new chapter can bring up all kinds of confusing and contradictory feelings. In my practice, therapy is a place to uncover these feelings slowly and in your own words, without being told what conclusion to reach.
I do not just listen and quietly nod (although sometimes I do!) - I view therapy as a dialogue where I am an active participant. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and supported in putting your feelings into words. I aim to identify patterns and gently challenge, too, when necessary.
Beyond life transitions, I also specialize in supporting those in their 20s or 30s through the unique challenges of grieving a loved one or leaving a religious community.
