Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals ages 18 - 40, focusing on religious trauma, grief & bereavement, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy and incorporates CBT & DBT skills according to each client's needs.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults in their 20s & 30s seeking clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. Together, we’ll identify the thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve you and explore where they come from. I work best with clients looking to heal from religious trauma, better understand who they are as they enter into adulthood, or work through the pain of grieving a loved one. I envision therapy as a space to build upon your existing strengths. I strive to create a warm, empathic, and collaborative environment where you feel empowered to show up authentically.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients will walk away with a stronger sense of self, a deeper understanding of their insecurities, and the skills necessary to deepen their interpersonal relationships outside of psychotherapy.
