Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker committed to both healing and systemic transformation. My clinical approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and a deep respect for every client’s story. I draw from trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed) to support healing and growth. Whether working with individuals, families, or groups, I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered.

Beyond the clinical setting, I’ve held leadership roles in supervision and program development, allowing me to influence systems and advocate for more equitable, inclusive care. Currently, I’m pursuing advanced training in a Doctor of Social Work program to deepen both my clinical and macro level impact. Soy Bilingue!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, empathic, and grounded in cultural humility. I draw from trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), and DBT-informed interventions to meet clients where they are and support their unique healing journey. I believe in honoring the whole person, their story, identity, strengths, and struggles while creating a safe space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, validated, and empowered. Sessions often focus on building self-awareness, increasing emotional regulation, and reconnecting with internal strengths. Whether navigating complex emotions, trauma, or life transitions, clients leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of themselves, and a sense of forward movement rooted in their own goals and values.
