Great to meet you!

Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure where to start. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship challenges, grief, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing and focus on what you want to be different.

I work with adolescents and adults and bring 10 years of experience to our work together. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with room for honesty, humor, and difficult conversations when they're needed. Together, we'll better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and human. Difficult conversations matter, but therapy doesn't have to feel heavy all the time. There's room for humor, honesty, curiosity, and real conversation along the way.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I want to understand the bigger picture, including your experiences, relationships, strengths, and the patterns affecting your life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral strategies tailored to your goals, helping you develop new perspectives, strengthen coping skills, and make changes you can carry into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not a test. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, where you feel stuck, and what you'd like to be different. You don't need to arrive with the perfect words or have everything figured out before we begin.

You can expect me to be open-minded, solution-oriented, and genuinely engaged in our work together. I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer practical support, and challenge you when it can help you grow. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, confident, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
