Great to meet you!

You can be successful, dependable, and still feel exhausted.

Many of the people I work with are carrying careers, relationships, family responsibilities, caregiving, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together for everyone else. On the outside things may look fine, but internally you're overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and develop practical tools that help life feel more manageable again.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and human. Difficult conversations matter, but therapy doesn't have to feel heavy all the time. There's room for humor, honesty, and real conversation along the way.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work to understand the bigger picture — your experiences, relationships, strengths, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is grounded in CBT and tailored to your goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation.

We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what feels stuck, and what you hope might feel different moving forward. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, more confident, and better equipped to handle whatever life puts in front of you.
