Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and generational patterns that may no longer be serving them. I am particularly passionate about supporting youth and adults who were expected to take on adult responsibilities at a young age, individuals healing from attachment wounds, and those working through the impacts of family, cultural, systemic, or institutional trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the challenges that bring you to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to create a space that feels as comfortable as sitting down over a cup of coffee or tea—where you can share your story, discuss your hopes for therapy, and help me understand what's most important to you.
