I help people from the Hispanic / Latinx community find balance and work through processing life experiences incorporating cultural factors into therapy services. / Ayudo a personas de la comunidad Hispana / Latinx a encontrar el equilibrio y procesar experiencias de vida incorporando factores culturales en sus servicios terapéuticos.

My approach to therapy

My areas of expertise include but are not limited to, trauma, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I also focus on the Hispanic/Latinx community and LGTBQIIA+ informed.

I utilize evidence based modalities like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to better guide the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

After the first session, the client will have an understanding of how the services will be tailored to their specific needs. This therapist will gather initial information to be able to set goals with the client. The client will know the frequency in which their sessions will occur. Follow-up sessions will be coordinated with the client before the end of their session
