Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over four years. I received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles, and my M.A. in Psychology the University of Massachusetts Global. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). One of the unique aspects of my practice is that I'm fully bilingual, and I speak Spanish fluently.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy holistically, recognizing that different facets of our lives are interconnected. Our experiences, relationships, and past traumas all shape our well-being. By integrating these aspects, I help you understand and address the root causes of your challenges. It's like solving a complex puzzle where every piece is important!

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you'll find a warm and non-judgmental environment where we can explore your feelings, thoughts, and aspirations. Together, we'll uncover the tools you need to face your challenges with strength and resilience. Life may be a journey with ups and downs, but with the right guidance and support, you can navigate it with more confidence and peace. I'm here to accompany you on this transformative journey toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. Let's take those steps together!
