I'm a licensed professional counselor working with children ages 3 to 10 using non-directive play therapy in office and with adults age 18 and up dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship problems, and trauma.
I use a mix of therapy techniques depending on your unique needs including Adlerian, CBT, CPT, sand tray and traditional talk therapy.
I believe that in order for therapy to be affective you must be safe in a space without judgment and need to feel heard and understood. I strive to create this setting for you. I am open to your input and feedback as we move towards that good life for you.
