Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health professional who earned my degree from the University of Kentucky. I completed my clinical supervision at the United States Veterans Administration in Nashville, Tennessee, where I developed specialized expertise in working with veterans and addressing complex clinical needs.

Throughout my career, I have served a wide range of populations, including LGBTQIA+ Veterans, geriatric patients, individuals undergoing detoxification, residents in long-term care facilities, and clients in outpatient settings. This broad experience has strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, faith-based and evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique background and goals.

I am committed to fostering healing, empowerment, and lasting change in the individuals and families I serve.

My approach to therapy

Insightful and client-centered:

“My practice is rooted in a strength-based, trauma-informed perspective. I help clients navigate grief, loss, and life transitions while addressing symptoms of anxiety and depression through a solution-focused lens.”

What you can expect from me

My work as a social worker is guided by faith and a genuine belief in each person’s innate strengths. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust and compassion. Through a mindful, client-centered approach, I walk alongside individuals as they heal, grow, and work toward living their best mental health life.”
