Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jodene Jensen, DNP, PMHNP-BC, and I’m here to help you find the support and care you deserve. Whether you’re struggling with panic, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, or psychosis, I offer medication management with supportive therapy in a safe, compassionate, and warm space where you are heard and valued. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you.

I’ve trained at Duke University School of Nursing in psychiatry and mental health, HIV care, and also earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I earned a Master's of Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

I’m committed to walking with you on your journey toward healing and well-being. Let’s take the next step together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative and focused on you as an individual. We will work together to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and the specific symptoms you're experiencing. The right medication can often bring noticeable relief, sometimes more quickly than you might expect. While starting treatment can feel overwhelming, remember that the first step is often the hardest, and the relief you experience once you begin the process can make all the difference. I will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you're supported, informed, and empowered throughout your journey. You don’t have to face this alone—together, we’ll navigate the path to a better, healthier you. You are worth the time, effort, and care, and I'm here to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you are at the heart of your treatment plan. Your voice is essential, and we want you to feel comfortable expressing your concerns, asking questions, and sharing your symptoms and experiences. After each session, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of the treatment plan we’ve created together, and how it’s tailored to your unique needs. Above all, we want to ensure that you feel heard, supported, and understood throughout the process. We're here to work alongside you, every step of the way, as you move toward healing and well-being.
