Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so happy you have found your way here! My name is Jodi Castle, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. I believe that wellbeing is deeply personal and can take many shapes—whether it's cultivating a calmer mind, building meaningful connections, strengthening self-esteem, making sense of past traumas, or discovering a deeper sense of purpose. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, insight, and respect for your unique path.

I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. My areas of focus include working with adolescents, women and men navigating significant life transitions or identity shifts, neurodivergent individuals seeking support that honors their unique experiences, and those healing from acute or complex trauma. Whether you're facing a current challenge or unpacking the impact of past experiences, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to help you move forward with renewed perspective and resilience.

My approach to therapy

You can expect a thoughtful, compassionate approach that balances curiosity with practical tools for change. I aim to help you develop deeper self-awareness and the coping strategies that support lasting wellbeing. I’m here to guide you in seeking answers to the questions that are uniquely yours.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll work together to understand what’s most meaningful to you, identify the challenges you’re facing, and uncover the strengths you already hold. I hope our sessions leave you feeling seen, supported, and thoughtfully challenged - with new truths and insights that carry you closer to the change you seek.
