Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jodi Gregory. I really enjoy meeting people from all different walks of life. With over 16+ years experience in the field, I have been privileged to help individuals who struggled with depression, anxiety, adjustment/life changes, stress management, and low self-esteem. I've helped individuals work through trauma, grief, and relationship challenges as well. I have worked with children from foster/adoptive homes and their families. I approach counseling with a strengths-based lens, incorporating elements from especially cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and narrative therapy.

My approach to therapy

Empathy and a holistic perspective are key values in my work. I understand individuals as physical, spiritual, and cognitive beings. I seek to equip clients by aiding them in identifying their strengths and values, learning new tools, and taking actions to create the life they envision. I work to facilitate clients gaining self-compassion and hope as they carry these skills outside our sessions.

What you can expect from me

I aim to co-create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and deeply valued. I look forward to hearing your story and walking alongside you on your journey.
