Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience, and I love working with young adults and adults. I consider it a profound privilege to establish a safe, empowering baseline for your care where you can truly be the author of your own life. I specialize in treating substance use, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and identity issues. I also have a deep passion for supporting individuals who are currently navigating or healing from narcissistic relationships, as I understand both professionally and personally the unique challenges these dynamics bring. I enjoy hearing everyone’s life story and know life can be hard sometimes, which is why having a supportive person to talk to can be so beneficial.

My approach to therapy

I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach, and I am here to walk alongside you as you dig deeper into what you are trying to heal from. I believe that balancing evidence-based practices with personal connection fosters the most genuine emotional growth. Therapy is a collaborative process. Just like working out, only you can lift the weights, but I can be your coach, your encouragement, and your support as you build strength in your own way. We will figure out what that path looks like together. I often find CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is a helpful tool for my clients as it helps people transform unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns, this can support with better managing life stress, depression, anxiety, and much more.

What you can expect from me

I live by the saying that people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. I genuinely care about my clients, and I strive to cultivate a calm, non-judgmental environment that allows you to step away from daily stress right from the start. I think the first session should be about building rapport, getting to know one another, and finding out what has brought you to therapy. We will use this initial hour to explore your history, symptoms, and client-centered goals at a natural, comfortable pace without any pressure.
