Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, parenting challenges, and substance use concerns. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who are healing from or navigating difficult relationships involving narcissistic dynamics, and helping them rebuild clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I also bring creativity and a strengths-based lens to help you build practical tools that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your goals, what’s been feeling hard lately, and what you’d like to change. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
