Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin, and for the past 21 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, children, and families as they work through life’s ups and downs. I’ve helped people navigate a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, depression, and stress to relationship struggles, family conflict, trauma, and major life changes.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth, openness, and genuine curiosity. I truly love connecting with people and creating a space where you can feel safe to share your story, explore what’s holding you back, and discover new ways to grow and heal. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth — we’ll work together to find what feels right for you and move at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone has the capacity for change. Starting therapy you will feel immediate support to find balance, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself and others. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I’d be honoured to be part of your journey toward greater wellness and peace.
