Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University, graduating Cum Laude and obtained my LMSW the same year. I have been working in the mental health field since 2010 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2025. With over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, providing a safe , supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I take a collective approach to therapy and will pull from many different modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness , Client Centered and Motivational Therapy. I work collaboratively as a team with the client. This allows the space to create a plan moving forward to both understand yourself better, build healthy habits, and therefore create the best outcomes in and out of therapy. We will work through a strengths-based lens. These tools together help identify what is most important to you, then serve as an anchor to guide skill building, processing challenging life events, and finding new meaning as you move toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about connection and clarity. We'll talk about what's going on for you, what you're hoping for and how I can support you. There's no right or wrong way to show up, just come as you are.
