I have a knack for getting to the core issues a person has. I grew up in NY and attended SUNY Stony Brook for my BA in psychology. Then I expanded my education by getting an MS in Education with a Major in counseling. I also took graduate level classes in Florida after I moved here. I am a licensed LMHC in Florida and a LPC in Colorado and also take most insurance in Florida and Aetna/Cigna in CO

My style tends to be psychoanalytic at the start and then I use CBT to reframe negative thoughts about past trauma and other painful experiences.

Clients should expect to take away knowledge about their core issues that led them down the path they found themselves on. In addition, clients should be prepared to work on themselves with this new given knowledge.
