Great to meet you!

HI! I have been doing this work in a variety of settings for about 30 years. I love to be a part of the healing process as we work together to find your way. There is no one way to feel better, and even looking at this is a great first step!

My approach to therapy

I am very client based, and flow between many different styles of therapy, based on the needs and styles of my clients. My background is psychoanalytic, but I have worked in many other settings and practiced many other modalities that can benefit people as well. Humor is also very important part of the process of healing.

What you can expect from me

They often come away with more clarity with what they are struggling with, as well as feeling slightly better.
