Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years experience in school and private practice settings. I’ve supported children, families and adults through stress, grief and life transitions and bring a trauma‐informed, compassionate approach to my work

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative and strengths‐based. I integrate cognitive‐behavioural, mindfulness and attachment‐informed techniques to help you understand the patterns behind your stress, grief or life changes. We’ll build practical tools so you feel steadier, more supported and more connected to yourself and others. My work is trauma‐informed and neurodiversity‐affirming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have a safe, supportive space to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your story, strengths and hopes, and begin to clarify what you’d like to change. You’ll leave with a sense of how we can work together to help you feel more grounded and better able to navigate the challenges in your life.
