Great to meet you!

Welcome! I received my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of San Diego and have been in private practice since 2001. People develop in response to the environments and experiences they are exposed to. Early relationships, influence how people perceive themselves, others and the world around them. As an LMFT, exploring these foundational influences, can assist clients in gaining insight into their behavior patterns, emotional responses and relational difficulties.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy and EMDR, I can help individuals and couples explore past influences, reframe negative patterns, and develop healthier, more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and others.

What you can expect from our first session

I work hard to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns and strengthen their relationships. My passion lies in empowering individuals to create healthier, more fulfilling connections with themselves and others, leading them to find a more satisfying and balanced life.
