Great to meet you!

If you’re navigating a major life transition such as divorce, becoming an empty nester, a career change, or a midlife reset, you don’t have to do it alone. I work primarily with adults who feel weighed down by daily stress, work-life imbalance, financial pressure, or patterns like alcohol or substance use that no longer feel helpful. Clients describe me as grounded, relatable, and practical. My goal is to help you improve your quality of life in realistic, achievable ways.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-focused, collaborative approach that centers on what is actually workable for your life right now. Together, we focus on building positive coping skills, creating healthy routines, and setting clear goals that feel doable and meaningful. I also bring my own lived experience with anxiety and depression into the work, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, hope, and understanding. When helpful, I incorporate mindfulness, movement, and nature-based practices to help the mind and body reconnect.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and what brought you here. We’ll talk through your current stressors, what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you’d like to feel different. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we begin identifying practical next steps and a path forward that fits your life. My hope is that you leave feeling clearer, more supported, and encouraged that change is possible.
