Great to meet you!

Hello - I am a Somatic-Intentional-Hakomi (Heart-Centered) Relational, Present-Moment Awareness Therapist. We merge/integrate your mind, body, spirit by paying attention with mindfulness and breath work. This is key to doing this psyche/soul work together. I am willing to challenge you while we seek to find a way to open up a deep seated schema (belief) and you might begin to feel more like yourself. We can find patterns and themes together which is where the change can happen in this process!

My approach to therapy

I keep asking what you notice and small change is created by your own sense of who you imagine yourself to be and who you want to become by paying attention.

What you can expect from me

I hope that they feel empowered by their own sense of knowing what it is that they can work on when not in therapy.
