I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with all age groups. Initial appointment will include assessment, diagnosis and options available for treatment to include non medicinal choices as well as prescription medication when/if appropriate. The most common diagnoses I work with include Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, Insomnia and more. I am willing to work collaboratively with your therapist as well as Pcp to provide the best choice in caring for your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, seeing the whole person and not just the diagnosis.
