Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in West Texas with 4 years of experience in the field of mental health. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a broad array of concerns—from anxiety and depression to trauma, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for your individual journey. I work with teens and adults (13+) in a supportive, nonjudgmental space, using evidence-based methods like ACT, CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I specialize in trauma-informed care, grief, and supporting individuals living with chronic illness or navigating high-stress roles—such as those in the medical field. I also incorporate an existential lens, helping clients explore meaning, purpose, and what matters most to them as they move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my hope is that you leave each session feeling more connected to yourself, more grounded in your values, and more empowered to make choices that align with the life you want to live. Therapy isn’t about erasing pain—it’s about learning how to hold it with compassion, make room for growth, and move forward with meaning and intention.
