Great to meet you!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read about me. ADHD people rejoice, my practice focuses on ADHD management for individuals and couples.I earned a MS in Business as well as a MA in Counseling. I am a strength-based, wholistic therapist. My goal is to create an inner therapist within you by equipping you with information and practical tools to manage your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I love ADHD and I have extensive training in ADHD management, and the often co-occurring trauma and anxiety and believe that the client is the driver of sessions. I tend to "put out fires" regarding immediate solutions to whatever is most impactful to the client at that moment.
