Great to meet you!

I regard each of my clients as unique individuals and strive to ensure that you feel appreciated, heard, and understood. I engage in therapy with directness and honesty, often incorporating humor into our sessions. My objective as a therapist is to empower each of my clients, fostering confidence and teaching you how to navigate the challenges that may be adversely affecting your life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, employing techniques such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I am trained in both creative methods like art therapy and in strategies that engage the mind-body connection, including somatic therapy and neuropsychology. Together, we will identify the approach that aligns best with your therapeutic goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will dedicate time to understanding you better. I am also available to respond to any questions you may have for me. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your therapy goals, and I will tackle any immediate or urgent issues you wish to discuss.
