My specializations include working with individuals with PTSD, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, and Anxiety/Depression. In treatment I typically rely on DBT, CBT, Existential Therapy, and EMDR. I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults struggling through social challenges, identity, and emerging adulthood. I also work closely with adults and elders.

In the therapeutic space I strive to create a warm and safe environment where clients can learn to heal, adapt, and improve their overall interactions with challenges. Through connection, exploration, skills education, and self-compassion I guide my clients towards reclaiming joy and embracing the challenges of life.
