I have experience working with members of various communities including the LGBTQIA+ population, sex/gender diverse persons, individuals practicing ethical non-monogamy, and are in non-traditional relationships.
I utilize an integrated, authentic, and client-centered approach during sessions. Each client has unique and specific needs, and our time together is tailored to those individual experiences. This begins at the initial intake and continues throughout each session. I believe in a collaborative experience where we are both equals in the therapeutic experience.
