Great to meet you!

Greetings,

I'm a believer that we all have the ability to improve ourselves and learning how to improve ourselves never stops. Improving ourselves is especially meaningful with supportive people who can challenge us. I've been fortunate enough to reach this point with great support and find joy in providing support to others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is remaining open minded and utilizing unconventional means to solve problems. I'm big on analogies to allow the client to see the big picture as well as introducing tools which can help with the issue being treated.

What you can expect from me

The main things I want clients to take away from a session is increased belief in themselves, optimism for their future and appreciation for progress they've made.
