Great to meet you!

"Change is hard — but you don’t have to face it alone." I have a Master's in Social Work with over 13 years of experience helping children, young adults, adults, and Veterans navigate life’s toughest transitions — whether it’s anxiety, depression, PTSD, or trauma. With a warm, patient-centered approach, I create a safe and welcoming space where you will feel truly heard and supported. Together, we will work to build resilience, restore hope, and move forward with purpose. Healing begins with a conversation — and I’m here when you're ready.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and personalized because no two people are the same. As an integrative therapist, I draw from different styles of therapy to meet your unique needs. Think of it like a toolbox: I use the tools that fit you, whether that means helping you manage anxiety, work through trauma, or navigate a big life change. We might explore your thoughts and patterns (like in cognitive-behavioral therapy), focus on your emotions and relationships (like in Dialectical Behavioral therapy), or use calming strategies to help your body feel safe (like mindfulness or hypnotherapy techniques). Most importantly, you are at the center of everything we do together. We move at your pace, in a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting, supportive relationship. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll talk about your background, any important life experiences, and begin to explore the strengths you already have that can support your healing. This first meeting isn’t about diving into everything all at once — it’s about creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. You set the pace, and we’ll move forward in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. Together, we’ll begin to shape a path forward that aligns with your goals and supports your emotional well-being.
