Great to meet you!

I received a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University in 2017 where I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, chronic pain, difficult transitions, and cultural related difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, genuine, and present atmosphere to assist clients in processing emotions and developing more compassionate, genuine, and mindful ways of relating to self and others. I assist in uncovering habits and circumstances which may act as obstacles to personal or relational growth and in developing new behaviors and perspectives which are supportive of the self and relationships with others.

What you can expect from me

After therapy, I hope clients feel difficult emotions have been given room to be experienced in ways that bring a sense of ease and freedom to be more present for their goals and values, and I hope they feel as though they have a deeper sense of self-perspective that helps them feel more hopeful and alive in their pursuits in life, more resilient when facing challenges, and more fully themselves in their relationships.
