Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I’m here to help you stop just “getting by” and start feeling truly connected—to yourself and the people who matter most. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, loss, major life changes, or just feeling stuck, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can unpack what’s weighing you down. With over 10 years of experience and a focus on mindfulness and practical tools, I’ll help you break patterns that no longer serve you and build the confidence to live more fully and honestly. Let’s work together to create the change you’ve been craving.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn’t just about working through struggles—it’s about discovering your strength, resilience, and capacity for meaningful change. With warmth, humor, and deep insight, I create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

I am a Contemplative Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree from Naropa University, specializing in Buddhist-informed, mindfulness-based counseling. My approach blends evidence-based clinical techniques with contemplative practices to help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, career dissatisfaction, and relationship intimacy.

With a natural curiosity and deep empathy, I guide clients toward self-awareness and emotional resilience, helping them break free from limiting patterns and cultivate authentic connections. Whether you need clarity, healing, or a fresh perspective, I’m here to support you—with compassion, honesty, and even a little laughter along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and compassionate space where you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Through mindfulness-based, contemplative therapy, we will explore thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck—while fostering self-compassion and deeper connection in your relationships.

You can trust that our sessions will be a place of safety, growth, and meaningful transformation. My approach is not just about talking through problems—it’s about equipping you with the tools, insights, and self-awareness needed to create lasting change. With a blend of deep presence, practical strategies, and genuine connection, I will help you navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. No matter where you are in your journey, you are not alone—I am here to support you every step of the way.
