Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck after experiencing difficult life events, you're not alone. I work with adults and seniors facing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief and loss, stress, PTSD, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating the effects of painful experiences, relationship changes, career stress, or the lingering impact of events that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I also work with men who may have spent years pushing through challenges on their own and are ready for a space where they can speak openly and feel understood. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive, and respectful environment where you can process what you're experiencing, develop healthier ways of coping, and begin moving toward lasting change. You deserve a place where you feel heard, valued, and supported throughout your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping you make meaningful progress at a pace that feels manageable. I believe lasting change happens when insight is paired with tools that can be applied in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, emotional distress, and stress management concerns. Sessions are designed to help you improve emotional regulation, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that support long-term stability. My style is open-minded, solution-oriented, and holistic, with an emphasis on creating a space where growth feels both achievable and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly about what you're going through and what you hope to change. From our first session, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and comfortable enough to build a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy works best when we collaborate and move at a pace that feels right for you. As we work together, you can expect support in managing anxiety and stress, processing difficult experiences, improving emotional awareness, and developing practical tools that help you navigate life with greater confidence. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more grounded, resilient, and better equipped to handle whatever challenges come your way.
