Great to meet you!

Welcome!

Its nice to meet you! I have been a marriage and family therapist for 13+ years and have had the privilege or working with both youth and adults. I help people get where they want to be in life. Together we can conquer your past, plan for the future or function better in the present.

My approach to therapy

I strive to connect with each of my clients in a non-judgemental way. I tend to use humor a lot and look for the silver lining in a negative situation. I help you look at things in a different way by challenging your current perception and exploring new ones.

What you can expect from me

Your path is your own. We set goals together and we move at your pace. I look for small changes over time rather than huge sudden changes. You decide when you are 'done' with therapy and when you need to speed up or slow down.
