I've been working in the mental health field for over a decade and in that time I've had the opportunity to work with people through some of the hardest times of their lives. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients learn to connect with what matters most in their lives.

I don't believe that I'm the expert in my client's lives. I will never know more about you than you do. I will be a support and guide for you as you address the challenges that you are facing and as you work towards connecting with the fulfilling life that you deserve.

I strive to make each client feel comfortable from the very first time we talk. I want to provide a safe, judgement free space where you can explore the challenges you are facing. Many of my clients leave feeling heard, understood, supported and encouraged to continue working to connect with the most meaningful things in life.
