Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker who is certified in hospice and palliative care with specialized training in supporting families and individuals during difficult times. My background includes working with adults across the lifespan in both clinical and healthcare settings, where I've helped individuals navigate complex family dynamics, grief and major life transitions.

I bring a thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence informed approach to my work, grounded in meeting each person where they are and tailoring care to their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and genuinely inquisitive. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what's bringing you in and what you're hoping might feel different or better. I'll ask thoughtful, open questions and listen closely so I can understand your experiences, your relationships, and what matters most to you.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out- this is a space to start wherever you are, at your own pace.
