Great to meet you!

I have dedicated over 20 years to helping Clients with depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, communication, life transitions, emotional regulation, relationship, work-related, self-esteem, & confidence issues. I embrace differences and I have expertise in cultural competence.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet Client's unique and specific needs.
