Great to meet you!

I offer individuals and couples a safe, non judgmental place to talk and work through their struggles. My clinical work experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families, step-families, adult ADHD, autism, or other Neurodiversities in individuals, relationships, or within marriages.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Some individuals find difficulty in making and keeping relationships due to unresolved issues or communication deficits. Autism/ADHD/Neurodiverse couples can struggle with empathy. Often, circular, conflicting patterns of maladaptivity cyclically emerge within relationships long before a couple seeks out help. I work to help individuals and couples learn to listen with intention, seeking out areas of compromise, accountability, and forgiveness within their relationships and among themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to offer clients the opportunity to discover their own successes, recognize their strengths, and be able to demonstrate new shifts and outlooks on current circumstances in the pursuit of something different.
