Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, couples, and groups. In all arrangements, we build collaborative therapeutic relationships to develop self-awareness and a sense of purpose. We review past experiences and future goals to gain mastery over present day actions and attitudes. Whether feeling overwhelmed with addiction, depression, relating to others, or other problems, we will work together in a caring environment.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate numerous modalities into practice. I create a safe and comfortable environment so you can embrace growth and be open to the uncomfortable parts of your life. Some practices include motivational interviewing, addiction work such as abstinence and harm reduction, internal family systems, psychodynamic, relational, logotherapy, and spirituality. Most importantly, we need to cultivate being in the present moment with your thoughts and feelings and a good fit between us as people.

What you can expect from me

Clients have already accomplished the courageous first step of reaching out for help. Through therapy, they can expect to use that courage to find or build on a sense of purpose and break away from what is hold them back. Clients will be challenged to embrace and enhance their resiliencies in order to overcome a natural fear of the unknown.
