My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my greatest strengths are creating a warm, affirming space where clients feel truly seen, meeting people exactly where they are, and blending evidence-based techniques with a holistic, whole-person approach. I’m skilled at helping clients untangle challenges, build practical tools, and discover their own resilience.

What you can expect from me

In therapy with me, you can expect a space that’s supportive, nonjudgmental, and real. Together, we’ll work on building insight, developing healthier coping tools, and untangling the patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to yourself and the life you want to lead.
