Great to meet you!

At time, life presents itself in the form of a challenge or trauma. These life events can take a toll on our mental health and leave us feeling hopeless, unmotivated, lost, and broken. I am dedicated to providing a safe and healthy environment to allow individuals to reach their own personal goals. I view our clients as esteemed individuals with strengths and values who are capable of change and growth.

My approach to therapy

In clinical practice, I utilize a person-centered approach in conjunction with my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based addiction and trauma therapy, positive psychology, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. Drawing from his personal life and life challenges, I have a strong compassion for those seeking guidance regarding mental health.
