Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jogita — and if you've been feeling disconnected, frustrated, or just uncertain about where to go from here, you're in the right place.

I work with people navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, depression, and the emotional weight that builds up when life stops feeling manageable. A lot of the people I see come in feeling like they're just surviving — going through the motions, but not really thriving. That gap between where you are and where you want to be? That's exactly what we work on together.

I'm a psychiatric provider who believes deeply that everyone has the capacity to not just feel better, but to genuinely flourish. My job isn't to hand you answers — it's to help you discover the strengths and abilities you already have, and put them to work in your own life.

My approach to therapy

My goal in our conversations if for you to come away feeling like you have the strength to carve your own path in life and take back control. I have been told I offer insightful feedback, and I take the time to truly understand your story — your goals, your challenges, what's gotten in the way. Together we will build a care plan around you, not a generic template. I combine evidence-based treatment with education, so you don't just feel better in session — you understand yourself better too.

What you can expect from me

I'm passionate about this work because I believe thriving isn't a luxury — it's something everyone deserves access to. Watching someone move from stuck to genuinely moving forward is what gets me out of bed every morning.

When I'm not in session, you'll find me exploring a new cuisine, somewhere outdoors, or practicing the mindfulness I encourage in my clients. I try to live what I teach.

You don't have to keep white-knuckling through it. If you're ready to stop just surviving and start actually living, I'd love to be part of that journey.
