My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply personalized and trauma-informed. I don't just offer a space to vent; I provide specialized tools to help your brain and body actually heal.

  • EMDR Therapy: We'll use this powerful method to 're-file' painful memories so they no longer trigger you in the present.
  • Narcissistic Abuse Recovery: I provide a roadmap to help you understand the dynamics of toxic relationships, set iron-clad boundaries, and rebuild your self-worth.
  • Gottman Method (For Individuals): Even though I work with individuals, I use Gottman-informed strategies to help you navigate relationship issues and choose healthier partners.
  • Integrative Tools: We’ll blend solution-oriented strategies with deep emotional processing to address anxiety at its root.

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of deep empathy and direct, solution-oriented feedback. I’m not a therapist who just nods, I am an active partner in your healing. You’ll leave our work with a clearer understanding of your 'why' and a concrete toolkit for your 'how.'

Therapy in Your Preferred Language

I am proud to offer fully bilingual therapy in both English and Spanish. I understand that some things are easier to say in one language than the other, especially when processing deep emotions or cultural experiences. Whether you prefer to work entirely in Spanish or switch between both, I provide a space where you can express your story exactly as it feels to you.
