Great to meet you!

I am LGBTQIA+, social justice-oriented, anti-oppression and anti-racism. With 20 years experience, including a MA in Sexuality and Gender Studies, I have a deeply knowledgable and non-judgmental approach to anything you may enter the room with. With personal experience to inform me, I specialize in LGBTQIA+, trans and gender nonbinary, CNM/poly, kink, sex work, substance abuse and recovery, and pregnancy/postpartum/parenthood.

My approach to therapy

I am relational, holistic, warm, and find humor a great tool. My approach trauma-informed and is grounded in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, the practice of mindfulness, lessons from nature and our interconnectedness, somatic experience and body-mind relationship, and the importance of unwinding shame from our core self so that we can live more fully, desire freely, and practice wildness in our daily lives.

What you can expect from me

I believe you have the answers inside you, and my role is to help you find them in a working partnership. Together we will define your concerns, formulate your goals, and develop an individualized plan to support your own empowerment to grow, heal, and become your best self. I am committed to curating an experience for you that is compassionate, mindful, challenging and healing. I keep the communication pathways open at all times to ensure we have a safe space for transparency and readjustments.
