I am a National Certified Counselor. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Silliman University and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, New England.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach to get to know my clients more and to build rapport. I also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. My experience includes working with individuals, couples and groups from different cultures and backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and grief and loss.

What you can expect from me

I believe the therapeutic relationship is especially important and create a space for my clients to feel safe and comfortable. My goal is to let my clients discover things within themselves and learn new skills to be able to walk towards healing and healthier lifestyle.
