Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Social Work degree and provide strengths-based counseling for individuals aged 12 and over through adults. Over the past two decades, I have worked in diverse clinical settings to include community health centers, schools, nursing homes, and private practice. This experience has strengthened my understanding of what it means to provide compassionate, person-centered care. I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns including symptoms of anxiety, depression, parenting and family dynamics, mood disorders, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy and respect - creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued. I collaborate with clients to explore their challenges and build practical solutions for positive change.

What you can expect from me

I believe that you are the expert of your own life - I'm here to listen and guide, not direct. With warmth, curiosity, and mutual respect, we work together to uncover patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools to strengthen your overall well-being.
