Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Johanna Crespin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m glad you’re here.
I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, postpartum and parenting transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. I am especially passionate about supporting parents, women, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their patterns.
As a parent myself, I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize your own wellbeing while caring for others. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully yourself. To help make therapy more accessible for busy parents, optional on-site childcare is available during in-person sessions.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, where I specialized in trauma treatment, relational therapy, and emergency mental health. Over the past 6 years, I have provided direct care in crisis services, emergency mental health, community mental health, and private practice settings. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative, helping clients build insight, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
