I have been a therapist for over twenty years and have loved almost every minute of it. Everyone needs more support, new strategies and new perspectives because our lives are always changing. My primary orientation is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a combination of Mindfulness Practice and skills for the moment and the long term.
