Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience walking alongside children, families, and adults through some of life’s most tender and challenging seasons. Since beginning my clinical work in 2015, I have devoted my career to creating spaces of healing, safety, and hope for those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and complex family dynamics.

As a Clinical Director, I lead with warmth, wisdom, and a deep respect for each person’s capacity to heal. My work is grounded in clinical excellence and guided by compassion, connection, and the belief that meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen and supported. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, and Seeking Safety, and I thoughtfully integrate these approaches to honor each client’s unique story, needs, and goals.

In addition to my direct work with clients, I have served for several years as a Clinical Supervisor, offering mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to developing therapists. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, rooted in the understanding that resilience often grows through safe relationships, compassionate care, and the steady belief that healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing begins when you feel safe, seen, and supported. I strive to create a compassionate space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

I use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, helping them better understand their patterns, build coping skills, process painful experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about helping you reconnect with your resilience, your voice, and your ability to heal. Together, we work at a pace that feels supportive while creating space for growth, insight, and lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know one another. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning.

We will spend time talking about what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask questions about your history, current stressors, relationships, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique story and how to best support you.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and begin building a sense of safety and trust. Together, we will move at a pace that feels supportive while beginning to identify meaningful goals for healing, growth, and lasting change.
