Great to meet you!

I've worked in a variety of places including inpatient care, intensive outpatient care, private practice, and group practice settings through my career thus far. I have specialized in working with individuals experiencing trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, substance ab/use, chronic health conditions, and various life changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing therapy focuses on giving you a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive, and dedicated space to talk about and work through anything troubling you. I am a person to hear you out, to brainstorm with, and an education resource when it comes to mental health and its management.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes it can feel difficult to gauge progress, but I'm here to help with that too! When we first meet, we'll talk about what you're specifically looking for in therapy and work together to make a game plan. Then as we continue working together, we'll be able to use those original goals to help gauge how you're doing, what's working, what's not working, and adjust accordingly.
