Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of training in psychology and six years of clinical experience. I specialize in depth-therapy with adults seeking greater self-understanding, improved relationships, and increased confidence. Common issues my clients face are generalized and social anxiety, depression, and relational problems.

My approach to therapy

I strive to develop an authentic relationship with my clients, as that has been shown to be most important factor for achieving lasting change. My approach to treatment is rooted in contemporary psychodynamic theory, so I pay attention to unconscious processes that often drive behavior. Making these processes conscious allows for greater agency and healthy functioning in my clients' lives.

What you can expect from me

My clients often describe me as warm and genuine. They have expressed appreciation for how I can validate their experience and also gently challenge unhelpful approaches to and beliefs about their problems. In working with me, you can expect to feel true care and experience a real human interaction. I focus on what is happening, your history, and your emotional experience.
